Romasta Group aims for a different and improved vehicle technical maintenance and repair culture and, hence, we offer new forms of cooperation to our partners and clients.

From now on, Romasta Group offers a possibility to sign a cooperation agreement for trailer technical maintenance (TM) and repair services, which allows the customers to get their vehicles serviced both at the repair shops of Romasta Group and at the repair shops of our partners, which are located in all main regions of Lithuania (in Vilnius, Kaunas, Šiauliai, Klaipėda, Panevėžys and Marijampolė).

The clients who sign the agreement can order TM and repair services at any of the repair shops listed in the agreement and then pay directly to Romasta Group for the rendered services.

When the TM service is rendered to a client for the first time, the client’s data is entered into our computer database. This way the client gets notified about the subsequent TM which are necessary every 6 months or every ~ 50000-60000 km (follow the link). The client may arrive for the next TM at any TM and repair shop included in the list.

In case of breakdown or malfunction, the repair procedure is the same.

Advantages of the cooperation agreement to the client: why should you sign it?

  1. Professional and regular TM increases vehicle service life.
  1. Reduced repair costs as regular TM largely decreases the possibility of unexpected malfunctions (TM consists of reading of the vehicle modulator data, error analysis and prevention of future malfunctioning).
  1. Reduced TM planning costs as the vehicle owner no longer needs to monitor or plan the technical maintenance. We will make sure that our clients never miss the required vehicle technical maintenance.
  1. We will take full care of any warranty-related disputes or procedures during the warranty period.
  1. The clients who sign the agreement can receive TM and repair services within the entire territory of the country at the same price and all amounts are paid to a single service provider.
  2. The client has personal access to the database and can review the TM and repair history of any owned vehicle.
