We are pleased to inform you that SIA Latina Baltics* has become part of BPW Aftermarket group and is undergoing a reorganisation process.
During reorganisation through a demerger a new legal entity SIA XL Parts Baltics** is created. Starting with January 2018 all business related to purchase and sales of spare parts is moved to SIA XL Parts Baltics. The same concerns our branches in Estonia and Lithuania.
All assets, staff, contracts, shares in other companies, obligations and liabilities of SIA Latina Baltics spare parts business will automatically be transferred to SIA XL Parts Baltics under Latvian law (and Estonian and Lithuanian laws for those branches) as a consequence of the reorganisation.
We will ensure all our obligations and are sure, that our cooperation will be as excellent as it has been before.
