For over a year already, Romasta Group has been a member of BPW Group, a prominent German manufacturer of trailer axles and systems. Romasta Group is also an authorized representative of BPW Group in Lithuania. Our company was tasked with new assignments such as warranty technical maintenance of trailers and semi-trailers, warranty repairs and development of technical maintenance partner network in Lithuania.
Romasta Group held a two-day training seminar and had a special guest lecturer, a BPW Group representative, Senior Specialist of the Technical Department Andreas Wall to share his knowledge and experience. The participants of the training seminar learned about vehicle system repairs, calibration, regulation and technical maintenance and warranty repair procedures. Mr. Wall also introduced future trends and new product development plans of BPW Group.
The training seminar was a great source of theoretical knowledge and practical skills not only for the company’s employees but also for a large group of specialists from all over Lithuania representing the technical maintenance partners of Romasta Group: ARV Servisas UAB (Panevėžys), Transfasta UAB (Vilnius), Porigida UAB and Truk Master UAB (Šiauliai), Techtransa UAB (Klaipėda), MSS Servis UAB (Mažeikiai), Remanus UAB (Alytus), Maretransport UAB (Marijampolė). We were delighted to meet the representatives of our loyal customers who came from the many repair shops located all over the country.
We believe that such a communication is key to improving our service quality and customer service culture.
After the training seminar, some of the technical maintenance partners of Romasta Group representing BPW products in Šiauliai, Klaipėda, Marijampolė and Vilnius were visited by Mr. Gintautas Rožukas, the Technical Director of the Company, and Mr. Arūnas Plečkaitis, a Manager from BPW, Germany, who inspected the professional competence of the employees and the compliance of the equipment to the quality standards of BPW Group. Mr. Andreas Wall assessed the condition of the repair shops only as good and very good.
We also paid a visit to Technik KNG OOO , the representative of BPW Group in Kaliningrad Region, Russia. The visit was very pleasant and mutually beneficial. The representatives of Technik KNG gladly shared their vast experience and in-depth knowledge accumulated during the 10 years of representation of BPW Group.
